After the complimentary consultation, I’ll get to work creating the perfect trip proposal with service options and pricing to fit your budget.

Professional Fees

Professional fees are laid out upfront and charged upon proposal to cover the time and resources necessary to manage your trip.

Trip Proposal

See dates, details, and pricing for flights, transportation, accommodation, and activities. Once you’re ready, we’ll book!

Deposit & Final Payments

I will keep track of due dates and facilitate all transactions. Any booking and payment confirmation will be sent to you via email.

“Before You Go” Support

I will finalize all the details, provide essential reservation and destination-specific information, and answer any questions.

24/7 In-Travel Assistance

Whether you have to make changes to your plans or deal with unexpected situations, I will be just a phone call, text, or email away.
