Day 1 | Arrival Day

Day 2 | Split City Tour

After a buffet breakfast at Hotel Ambasador, you’ll meet an expert guide for a walking tour of Split’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, where over 1,700 years of history unfold within the walls of Diocletian’s Palace and the medieval quarter that grew around it. Step inside the Cathedral of Saint Domnius and Diocletian’s Basements, admire Jupiter’s Temple, and wander past landmarks like the Prokurativa or the lively Riva waterfront, and through the atmospheric alleys of the Varos neighborhood. In the evening, enjoy a romantic dinner at a charming restaurant near the Riva Promenade, like Portofino or Magnus.

Day 3 | Ferry to Hvar

After one last buffet breakfast at Hotel Ambasador, you’ll meet your driver for a short transfer to the port, where you’ll board a ferry and set out across the Adriatic, enjoying panoramic views as you cruise toward Hvar, Croatia’s sunniest island. As you approach, the elegant harbor unfolds, framed by Venetian architecture and overlooked by the 16th-century Fortica fortress. Disembark in Hvar town, where your private driver awaits for transfer to your waterfront hotel, Palace Elisabeth. There is one on-site restaurant, San Marco Restaurant, serving tasty Mediterranean cuisine with innovative and artfully-presented dishes.

Day 4 | Wine Tasting

Enjoy a complimentary à la carte breakfast at Palace Elizabeth before embarking on a day trip to Cliffbase for an active and scenic experience. The guided Via Ferrata tour starts above the steep wine vineyards of Sveta Nedjelja and ends on the plateau just below the island’s highest peak. The tour continues as you hop in a 4x4 Land Rover Defender for a ride to the Cliffbase seashore center. Taste local red wine and have lunch made with local ingredients. Afterwards, take advantage of cliff jumping and sea kayaking before heading back to Hvar town. Stop at Red Red Wine Bar for just one more glass.

Day 5 | Ferry to Dubrovnik

After à la carte breakfast at Palace Elizabeth, set sail on a ferry journey from Hvar to Dubrovnik, with a stop en route on the island of Korcula. Upon arrival, your local guide leads you through the winding fishbone-patterned streets of Old Town, sharing centuries-old traditions, and the legacy of Marco Polo as you pass his historic birthplace. Pause for a leisurely lunch before continuing south to Dubrovnik. Arrive and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel, Dubrovnik Palace. Dining options include Maslina Tavern, Elafiti Restaurant, Beach Restaurant Ponta, and Lean & Light, as well as lobby and pool bars.

Day 6 | Oyster Tasting

Enjoy a buffet breakfast at Elafiti Restaurant before getting picked up by your private guide. You’ll delve into the region’s celebrated wine culture with exclusive visits to local vineyards and cellars, sampling premium Croatian reds, aromatic liqueurs, and velvety olive oils. Continue to Ston Bay, where the prized Ston Oysters have been cultivated for generations. Cruise across Mali Ston Bay by boat, admiring its serene islets and learning about the heritage of oyster and mussel farming. At a local oyster farm, gather your own and taste them fresh from the sea. Conclude with a leisurely lunch at a cute seaside restaurant and enjoy a return transfer to your hotel.
