Yes! I plan trips to destinations all over the world. That said, there are times when a location or travel style isn’t the best match for my expertise. In those cases, I tap into my network of thousands of trusted travel colleagues who specialize in that exact destination or travel style.

If I feel another advisor would serve you better, I’ll either collaborate with them behind the scenes to help build your itinerary or provide you with a warm referral to someone who’s a perfect fit. My goal is always to make sure you’re getting expert guidance, whether that comes directly from me or from a specialist in my network.

I recommend reaching out 6–12 months before your travel dates. Planning early gives you the best availability, the widest range of hotels and experiences, and the most competitive pricing (especially for popular destinations or peak seasons!)

If you reach out 1-6 months before your travel dates, I can still help! Options may be more limited, but last minute trips are definitely possible with a little flexibility. The earlier you start, the smoother and more personalized the planning process will be.

My planning fees are based on the level of support and the type of trip you’re taking. For a fully customized itinerary, I charge:

• $50 per person for domestic travel
  (U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico)

• $100 per person for international travel

For trips departing within 30 days, a $150 rush fee is added to ensure I can prioritize your itinerary and secure everything in time.

Please note: I do not charge any planning fee for hotel-only bookings. You can still enjoy added perks, upgrades, and amenities through my travel partnerships—at no extra cost to you.

These fees cover the entire planning process from start to finish. My goal is to create a seamless, stress-free trip for you. Once the planning fee is paid, I take care of all the details while you enjoy the experience.
